Thomas Dean Welsh,74 of Naples,Florida passed away on Ash Wednesday,February 17,2010.Son of Esther and Kenneth Welsh.Tom was born June 12,1935 in Bluffton Indiana.
As a young man Tom served his country in the Army.He earned his associates degree in business,and had a long fulfilling career with Dana Corporation as an accounts manager.
In retirement Tom was active in his church choir and music department,where he will be missed.
Tom was predeceased by his longtime companion Richard Carlson.Now at peace with the Lord,he is reunited with his family and Richard.Tom leaves behind many friends who will miss him dearly.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday,March 6,2010 at 11:00am. at Shepherd of the Glades Lutheran Church, 6020 Rattlesnake Hammock Road Naples Florida 34113. E-mail sotg1@embarqmail.com, Robert Hobby from Trinity English Lutheran Church,Ft. Wayne,Indiana will be the guest Organist at the service.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to Shepherd of the Glades Music Program in Tom's name.
